Afs Silk 650 V1 – Great tow foil, living up to the countless praises I heard in the past.
+ Handles sizey waves super well, hip to head high for me at 80kg
+ Fast responsive roll, smooth rail to rail, surf like feels
– Feels a little bit thick, builds front foot pressure at max speed (enduro does not). It becomes apparent on long period swells, overhead
– Monobloc is great in the water but not so great for transportation

Both issues above seem to be addressed on the new silk v2, exciting times!
I have been using the big battery 888wh for 1h-1h30 sessions on the assist. Pod drag is becoming a big problem at those speeds, working on solutions like smaller diameter motor and/or tow boogie atm, to be continued!
