The gong lethal for winging (4’6, 65L, 4.5kg) :
Its boat hull shape makes it go through the water very smoothly. The rails join at the back, avoiding the classical tail step that makes a depression at the back of the board. This difference makes the board efficient at waterstarting, it allows to go in lower winds with smaller foils. The shape is very compact in the wave and very predictable when landing or bouncing on white water. Overall loving the board, doubting the construction over the long term (tbd), and suspecting better designs out there, like the armstrong wing board.
Current wing/foil combos : From 8 to 14kts, on the 5m wing, with the kujira 1210. Above 14kts, on the 4m with the kujira 980. If the wind is regular and above 15kts, the prone board can be used instead of the wing board.
